A Hospitality professional with over 2 decades of experience in the hospitality industry. She specializes in Quality Assurance, Leadership Training and Guest Experience Enhancement. Crystal has managed full service, select service, ocean front and extended stay properties for various brands. As a former QA Auditor for Deloitte, Crystal developed knowledge from some of the worlds leading hospitality travel companies. With this experience Crystal spread her knowledge into the healthcare sector working with Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Senior Communities.
